Security Booking Deposit

*Advanced Booking Deposit (ABD) is compulsory for reservation processing. Deposit vary from RM100-RM500 depends on type of vehicle. Deposit is REFUNDABLE upon car return.

*Deposit can be made thru card credit deduction, Online Banking Transfer or Cash Deposit Machine. Proof of deposit must be sent either by  Email, SMS or Whatsapp to hotline number +6016-8795540

*Deposit is not refundable 100% if booking is cancel 24 hours before day of arrival/booking. Last minute cancellation fee is impose

*Deposit will be refunded after 3-5 days working hours.Please provide ample time for the administration to check any pending summons

*Please request for Receipt from administration/reservation.

 

Travel Booking Alteration

* Last minute alteration of car booking will not be entertained. We allowed at least 2 days upon arrival

 

Car Pick Up & Drop Off Policy

* Free delivery upon arrival and drop off upon departure is Free of Charge (FOC) at Kota Kinabalu Airport Terminal ONLY during normal working hours 08:30 am - 05:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, Excluding Public Holidays.

 

Delivery Charges

* Kota Kinabalu City area / KK city hotel RM10.00 per way

* 1Borneo Hyeprmall, University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and hotels within vicinity RM35.00 per way

* Karambunai Nexus,Sabagus Resort & Shangrila Rasa Ria Resort  RM80.00 per way

* Beringgis Resort, Kinarut area RM75.00 per way

* Early morning pick up/delivery 4:00am to 7:50am RM30.00 per way 

* Late night pick up/delivery 7:00pm to 10:00pm RM30.00 per way

* Late Midnight pick up/delivery 11:00pm to 01:00am RM50.00 per way

 

Mode of Payment

* Full payment upon delivery of car, before start of service

* Cash term

* Company Cheque, Personal Cheque is not entertained

* Major Credit Cards, VISA, Master Card, Debit Card with 5% surcharge fee

 

Driving Restrictions

* Car is not allowed to be driven out of Sabah border. Please inform operational of your route/itinerary. Long journey driving as far as Tawau, Sandakan or Lahad Dat is upon consent and approval from the operational. Fail to do so, inconveniences caused is not under the company warranty. Please inform earlier so that the right vehicle is given to assure smooth driving.

 

Extra Hours Charges

* Car rental is based on 24 hours system. Extra hour charge is applicable if rental exceed the paid agreed hours. Please take note, maximum 5 hours extra charges is allowed. If car is extended more than 5 hours, automatically our reservation system will charge as 1 (one) day rental charges. 

 

Booking Cancellation

* Cancellation has to be within 5 days of actual date of booking. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours, we will impose cancellation fee by deducting from the security deposit.
